Marie Stopes Timor-Leste (MSTL), a member of the Marie Stopes International (MSI) global partnership is a non-profit, non-government organization (NGO) specializing in supporting and delivering high quality family planning and sexual and reproductive health services (SRH). We have been working in Timor-Leste since 2007 to support the Ministry of Health (MoH) implement national reproductive health strategies and achieve national maternal health goals. Our guiding principles are to support the MoH to deliver a broad range of high-quality family planning and SRH services, ensure excellence in clinical quality, and support the delivery of services that are client-focused and promote choice.
MSTL seeks for a Timorese National for the position of Receptionist to be based out of its support office in Dili.
As a member of the Human Resources team, the Receptionist is responsible for the day to day administration of the organization, supporting MSI team members to work efficiently and effectively.
Key Requirements of the Position:
Qualifications: |
- Diploma 3 in relevant area
Experience: |
- Minimum 2 years work experience in related area (3 years’ experience without Diploma 3)
- Experience in budget and cash management
Skills: |
- Fluency in both Tetun and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service focus
- Ability to understand data privacy requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Ability to use common computer programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to be flexible and support the needs of the team as required
