The Institúto do Petróleo e Geologia – Institúto Público (IPG) of the Government of Timor-Leste is inviting qualified companies for the following supply of goods and services:
Re-Announcement
- SDC-010/IPG/2023 Provision of Event Organizer Services
- SDC-011/IPG/2023 Provision of Generator and Electrical Maintenance Services
- SDC-018/IPG/2023 Provide External Audit Service
- SDC-019/IPG/2023 Supply of Geology Laboratory Equipments (Lot A)
- SDC-021/IPG/2023 Supply of Geology Laboratory Equipments (Lot B)
- SDC-022/IPG/2023 Supply Workrock Software
Funding for those services will be made from the Institúto do Petróleo e Geologia – Institúto Público (IPG) budget Fiscal Year 2023.
The IFB Form including Specifications is available free-of-charge to any interested companies. The RFQ Form may collected at IPG Office, by sending a writing request by email or may download the PDF copy of the RFQ Form in the IPG website at www.ipg.tl.

The SDC proposal must be received in the sealed envelope to IPG Office located at the same address specified above no later than 17.00 hours local time on 09 May 2023. Late proposals will be rejected.
This Request for Quotation does not obligate the IPG to execute a contract nor does it commit the IPG to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals. Furthermore, the IPG reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of the IPG.
