The Role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Transcriptionist to join our remote team and help us with our transcription needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to audio recordings and make corrections to the AI generated transcripts.
- Ensure transcripts are clear, accurate, and free from grammatical or typographical errors.
- Follow provided guidelines and formatting requirements.
- Meet specified deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed.
- Review and edit transcripts as necessary to ensure quality.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field.
- Proven experience in transcription work in any industry (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent listening and typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in transcription software/word processing tools, e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail.
