Sales & Marketing Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Support the planning, organizing, and implementation of marketing strategies of the company.
• Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities and trends within the industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Assist in analyzing sales and marketing performance data to optimize strategies.
• Help prepare and present reports on sales and marketing activities and outcomes.
• Support the management of the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, both digital and print.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and marketing with some academic or internship experience in these areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes.
• Willingness to learn about the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently.
• Must have own transport for client visits and other work-related travel.
