•  Meal Preparation: Assist in preparing and cooking daily home-style dishes, specializing in authentic Vietnamese and Asian flavors.

•  Food Prep & Hygiene: Wash, chop, and organize fresh ingredients daily while keeping all food preparation hygienic.

•  Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy house kitchen before, during, and after cooking.

• Inventory & Shopping: Keep track of food ingredients, assist in grocery shopping, and ensure zero food waste.

•  Health & Safety: Follow high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene at all times.

• 👤 Age: Under 30 years old.

• 🎓 Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Culinary education is a plus but not required!

• 🍳 Experience: Basic experience in home cooking, restaurant kitchens, or catering.

• 🔪 Skills: Good basic knife skills, understanding of fresh ingredients, and comfort in operating kitchen appliances.

• 🧼 Standards: Clean, neat, well-organized, and passionate about food safety and hygiene.

• 🔥 Mindset: Hard-working, trustworthy, ready to learn, disciplined, and polite!
