 CONSULTANCY OPPORTUNITY | BASELINE STUDY – SIM PROJECT

Oxfam in Timor-Leste is seeking a qualified individual consultant or consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive baseline study for the Sistema Inkluzivu ba Mudansa (SIM) – Inclusive Systems for Change Project.

The SIM Project aims to strengthen Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) systems and practices through inclusive governance, civil society strengthening, economic empowerment, and the transformation of harmful gender and social norms.
