Qualitative research on drivers of child labour in Timor-Leste as per below deliverables:
Activity 1:
Conduct desk review.
Hold initial consultations with Steering Committee members and other stakeholders (including UNICEF, ILO, SEFOPE, MoF-GDS, CNTI, IGT and others).
Develop and present to the Steering Committee the proposed methodology and research tools for feedback.
Finalize inception report, including methodology, and tools, based on feedback received.
Deliverables:
Finalized inception report including research methodology and tools.
Time Frame: Can be non-consecutive work, to be delivered within 6 weeks of contract start date.
Activity 2:
Conduct data collection, data cleaning and entry, and data analysis.
Submit draft report to Steering Committee for feedback.
Present preliminary findings at validation workshop(s).
Deliverables:
Presentation of preliminary findings + draft report.
Time Frame: Can be non-consecutive work, to be delivered within 10 weeks from previous deliverable.
Activity 3:
Finalize report and develop a short summary brochure including infographics for advocacy.
Deliverables:
Final report (in Tetun and English) + short summary brochure including visual information/infographic (in Tetun and English).
Time Frame: Can be non-consecutive work, to be delivered within 4 weeks of previous deliverables.
