Australia’s Workforce Development Program Timor-Leste (WDPTL) is managed by Palladium and funded by the Australian Government. WDPTL invites submission of a quotation proposal from suitably qualified organizations or consultants to provide service for Reintegration workshop, career counselling & job placement for newly returned Australia Awards Alumni. Objective:
The objective of the workshop and career counselling is to provide newly returned Australia Awards alumni with information about current employer demand, job-seeking skills, and individualised career counselling to support alumni employment within their specific study area.
WDPTL is seeking proposals from an employment or recruitment agency for delivery of Reintegration Workshop and Career Counselling for newly returned Australia Awards alumni. In addition, job placement will be provided for those alumni who request this support incorporating an induvial consultation. Primary responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the contractor (s) are:
- The provider will deliver the Reintegration Workshop which is scheduled twice a year in September and February.
- Individual career counselling and employment support
- Job placement
Expected outputs and final deliverables:
- Deliver Reintegration Workshops twice a year face to face at WDPTL’s Office or in the case of a lockdown be able to deliver the workshop online
- Develop and prepare all workshop materials
- Develop resources for career counselling
- Deliver career counselling sessions
- Workshop completion reports for each reintegration workshop which including individual career consultation report and job placement report
Selection Criteria:
- Employment or recruitment agency with extensive experience in Timor-Leste
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in facilitating workshops in Human Resource Management, Employment Support etc
- Demonstrated experience in career counselling
- Value for money

- Plan for the workshop- sessions, who will facilitate, activities etc
- Plan for career consultation- how and who to deliver
- Plan for job placement- what is the approach
- Breakdown cost for the workshop and career counselling packages
