CE Events

Key Responsibilities :
  • Supports CE Manager and CE Planner on developing and delivering customer’s digital journey for each CE Event:
    • Build CVent process for each course
    • Build RSVP Site for each course
    • Upload KOL contract on SFDC
    • Upload new KOL to the KOL database in SFDC
    • Prepare sign-in sheets and On-Arrival set-up
    • Process all Lunch and Learn Certifications
    • Process and send out CE Letters/Letters of Participation
    • Process payment through MediusFlow system
    • CVent event closure and budget report
    • Pull RSVP list the day before the event and send it to the CE Coordinator
  • Manage and keep CE files according to AGD Pace rules and regulations, including sending monthly reports.
  • Assist with any other activities that fall under the responsibility of the National Manager of Clinical Affairs.
  • Responsible for pulling CE reports for the CE Manager.
Virtual Events Support
  • Responsible for supporting and co-host virtual CE Events (Zoom/CVent)
  • Zoom account set-up for each event
  • Developing rehearsal calendar and communicating with panelists
  • Set-up poll/survey before the event
  • Registration and log-in customer support for Zoom links
  • Save attendance records after each course
KOL Support
  • KOL hotel booking, transportation arrangement, and itinerary.
Local Academy Support
  • Local support for CE Events when needed
:
  • Maintenance of Employee Attendance Tracking and Reporting
  • General administrative assistance with employee events and GM ad hoc requirements
  • Other duties as may be assigned or needed.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Years And Type Of Experience
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of business experience, preferably in a role with administrative and/or event planning responsibilities

  • Experience in managing and organizing events
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Understands and demonstrates the importance of attention to detail
