Volunteer - Disaster Risk Reduction Project Team Support

Program · Dili, Timor Leste

KEY DUTIES

• Support before and during the distribution
• Prepare the stock list for all materials
• Assist in project monthly request and liquidation filings
• Assist M&E team in participant list documentation for AHP projects
• Assist and contribute to the team – through ideas sharing for distribution
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor, relevant to your skills and experience
• Tracking data list

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• University fresh graduate or high school graduate
• Ability to work collaboratively in team, willingness to learn, contribute and work under pressure
• Good personal and interpersonal skills
• Good oral/written communication skills as well as computer skills.
• Have basic English language knowledge
• Understand communications, media and related protocols; 
  

• Have previous professional experience would be and advantage
  

  

DURANTION OF CONTRACT

• 3 months contract
• Location of Assignment: Based at CCF National Office, Dili and possible to travel to Lautem Municipality.
