About the Role

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for building a partnership network and delivering sales results through channels and agencies. You will work as the primary resource for developing business partners and growing relationships. You will be responsible for educating our channel partners on what R-S offers and arranging business meetings with various corporate clients to sell our products.

Your focus will be on sourcing, recruiting, and managing new and existing channel partners to generate high-quality leads and subsequent revenues. It includes the full life cycle of the channel partner sales from prospecting through to commercial and contractual negotiation and signing, followed by nurturing the relationship with those partners.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the ICT industry, familiar with the B2B model;
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate customers relationship development and maintenance, be able to deliver sales results through others;
  3. Cisco certifications like CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE are plus.
  4. Combined Cisco/DELL/HPE/HUAWEI/ZTE project management experience is a plus.
  5. Detail orientated, analytical, ability to think quickly and high results orientated.
  6. Good command of written and spoken English, good negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  7. Be optimistic and good in self-emotion control, with a hunger for achievement but a humble personality

Job Description:

  • Play a key role to develop and execute a channel program in the local market, motivate and upgrade channel capabilities locally and create a potential partner list.
  • Execute channel strategy to the local enterprise, build channel business networks and generate regular market reports.
  • Represent R-S to discuss cooperation details, sign a partnership agreement with selected key clients by visiting or cold call.
  • Provide daily business support and manage the business relationships with signed partners. (including sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out) Provide exhibition or bidding event support for partners if needed.
  • Timely report local partners’ business performance and requirement change to the HQ team.
  • Achieve monthly KPI required from the HQ.
  • Accomplish other tasks on an as-needed basis.
