Objectives:

The objectives of this role are to:

• Effective day-to-day coordination of the PARTISIPA HR function.

• Ensuring PARTISIPA's HR systems are fit for purpose, efficient and promote a cohesive team environment where PARTISIPA is able to recruit and retain high performing staff. 

• Developing and socialising HR policies and procedures that are consistently implemented, in compliance with the program operations manual, Timor-Leste labour code, head contract and corporate requirements.

• Uphold and promote program commitments to social inclusion and gender equality.

 

Duration:

June 2023 with possibility of extension
