• 👉Age: less than 30
• 👉Bachelor’s degree computer science/ information technology
• 👉2-year experience in IT
• 👉Get-the-job-done attitude, Ready to support 24/7
• 👉Creative and open minded person
• 👉Have good discipline
• 👉Written and oral English communication ability
• 👉Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• 👉Knowledge of different types of databases
• 👉Knowing programming languages is a great plus

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• 👉Monitor all module of service via monitor tools and hardware system (CPU, RAM, DISK) via web monitor and fix it if full or critical, fix security baseline following guideline which staff manage
• 👉Take report for service relate if have request with service staff manage.
• 👉Solve complaint from Customer Care relate with service staff manage
• 👉Make own basic document (start stop application) for service which staff manage
• 👉Ready to upgrade new request if have task from team leader with clearly guide and action on relate service which staff manage.
• 👉Understand system profile, low-level design (LLD) of the service, error handling.
