Operations Manager

The Partnership for Inclusive Prosperity / Parseria ba Prosperidade Inklusivu (PROSIVU) Program is seeking a Operations Manager is to lead and oversee all operational functions of PROSIVU, including (but not limited to) human resources, finance, procurement, logistics and administration.

 

PROSIVU is an Australian Government program supported by DT Global. PROSIVU is the next phase of Australia’s governance support to Timor-Leste. The program will extend Australia’s longstanding partnership with Timor-Leste in support of good governance and economic policy development. It is Australia’s primary program for providing support to Timor-Leste’s central government agencies and economic line-ministries.

 

This is a This is a national or international Long-Term position. The Operations Manager will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, administration, HR, international development or other discipline relevant to the role.
• At least eight years of experience in an operations management or similar role, preferably in a development program context.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills in English and, ideally, Tetum.
