HR & Admin Officer (Male)

We are looking to employ a Male HR & Admin officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The HR & Admin officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process. He must be able to negotiate with diplomacy.

To ensure success, an HR & Admin officer should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A top HR & Admin officer should possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.

Candidates need:

  1. Must have at least 1 year of human resources management and extensive knowledge of and experience within an HR environment.
  2. A demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives within a complex, multi-business organization.
  3. Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
  4. Ability to engage with and win the respect of leaders to successfully influence them on key change initiatives.
  5. Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures, including development and training of staff in these areas.
  6. Prominent English speaking and writing skill.

HR & Admin Officer Responsibilities:

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Processing visa and employee documents, license, etc.
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
