Community Development Officer – Bobonaro Area Program (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

 Support project planning, implementation & monitoring

 Mobilize communities and build strong local partnerships

 Facilitate training, meetings, and community initiatives

 Contribute to monitoring & evaluation processes

 Promote inclusive, values-based development

Qualifications:

 Degree in social work, community development, or related fields

 Experience in community facilitation and development

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Commitment to safeguarding, diversity & inclusion
