Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team, fostering growth, integrity, and transformational development.
- Build strong partnerships with government and development stakeholders to promote child well-being.
- Oversee project management, technical quality, and financial stewardship.
- Drive program design, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure evidence-based interventions.
- Champion learning, capacity building, and future leadership development.
What We’re Looking For:
- University degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in DRR, Climate Change Adaptation, and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to ride a motorbike (or willingness to learn).
