Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team, fostering growth, integrity, and transformational development.
• Build strong partnerships with government and development stakeholders to promote child well-being.
• Oversee project management, technical quality, and financial stewardship.
• Drive program design, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure evidence-based interventions.
• Champion learning, capacity building, and future leadership development.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• University degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in DRR, Climate Change Adaptation, and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to ride a motorbike (or willingness to learn).
