IT SUPPORT (1 POSITION)
History of Kaebauk:
Kaebauk is the first “ODTI - Other Deposit Taken Institution” licensed by Central Bank of Timor-Leste since August 2016. Kaebauk shareholder are Tuba Rai Metin (TRM), Based of Pyramid Asia (BOPA), International Financial Corporation (IFC) and Asosiasaun Tuir Rasik Mehi (Turame). TRM was one of the micro finance operators in early days of year 2001. As micro finance operator, TRM have gone through a difficult time during its existence specially in 2006 where majority of micro finance operator closed.
After TRM transform into Kaebauk in 2016, Kaebauk have grown into the biggest micro finance institution in the country with 22 branches that serve over 14,000 clients in the country. Kaebauk is growing both on the client based and its financial performance. This is why Kaebauk is seeking good young talent who are willing to learn and grow with the company. Kaebauk currently has over 320 staff which it considers as one of its principal assets.
Title : IT Support

Contract : 3 months with possible extension based on performance

Main Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting systems and networks
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software failures
- Solving problems regarding operating systems
- Providing supportive documentation; including procedural documentation
- Supporting new applications
- Setting up new users
- Testing/Evaluating new technology.
- Maintain all component computers and equipment including LAN, IPS, cameras, printers, scanners, televisions, photocopiers, multi-media display, internet etc.
- Must be responsible for keeping the computers and equipment in sound and operating condition
- IT Officer has broad task to operate all computer systems (both software and hardware)
- Should be able to overcome all sorts of trouble shooting situations relating to computer related equipment
- Provide logistic support to Administrative Officer in assessing need for computers, equipment, and quality in the procurement process
- Support the implementation of MISRua Bebonuk, 20 de Setembro, Dom Aliexo, Dili, Timor-Leste
Education Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related Fields
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- High level coordination and management skills
- High level of personal and professional organization

- An ability to priorities and delegate.
- Proficiency in Tetum and English language
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point,

- The flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role and meet the business needs
