Objectives:

• Support the Ministry of State Administration (MoSA) and the target municipality with the decentralisation of ministry service delivery functions.
• Support municipal level planning and corporate services.
• Support community development planning and co-ordination at the sub-national level, including implementation of PNDS, improved operation and maintenance (O&M) of rural water infrastructure, and decentralised service delivery.

 

Duration:

Through 30 June 2023 with possibility of extension
