Position Summary
The position supports the implementation of various activities in the Women’s Health and Social Care Program. These activities may involve travel to field sites.\
Key Functions
The position supports the implementation of various activities in the Women’s Health and Social Care Program, including:
PSF (Promotors Saude Familiar), and PSF Manual
Support psychological First Aid (PFA) training, delivery and ToT
Organize and support meetings, events, and functions to support delivery of WHSC priorities Maintain and continuously improve administration system including filing system, M&E database, partners contact details
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor Phone call and communicate with community/beneficiaries
Essential:
- Basic degree in Social Work, Public Health, or relevant area
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
- Personal drive and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- At least 1 year's experience of working in a program that delivers community-based interventions
- Competency in English
