Communications and PMEL Coordinator - Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC)

The Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC) is seeking a Communications and PMEL Coordinator for the APTC Timor-Leste Country Office.

 

This role will support the Strategic Communications team and Monitoring and Evaluation team in APTC’s Regional Head Office by:

• Implementing APTC’s Communications Strategy in Timor-Leste to build awareness and promote APTC’s positive image, and
• Coordinating program information, collating data and contributing to reports for a range of audiences.  

 

1. Degree level qualification or higher in related fields or post-secondary qualification and demonstrated extensive experience in related field.
2. Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to convey specialised and nuanced information through a range of communication mediums, including professional presentations, promotional materials, social media content, strategic communications and high-level reports.
3. Demonstrated experience in the collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of data.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
5. Demonstrated high level skills and knowledge in the application of MS Office programs to an advanced level including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with proven ability to establish priorities and meet tight deadlines, organise high volume workloads and address challenges with creative solutions to achieve objectives within a complex environment.

Contract Duration: Until 30th June 2023 (with possible contract extension in line with an APTC program extension)

 

Remuneration – USD11,928 per annum (inclusive of 6% Employer paid social Security contributions and all taxes, benefits and bonuses)
