Account Assistant - Timor Plaza

 
Timor Plaza is currently looking for an ACCOUNT ASSISTANT to join our team.


Responsibilities: 

  • Maintains filings includes general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payables, sales invoice, TT file, shipment payment files and other miscellaneous filing.
  • Update daily cash payments for all entities and make reimbursement to maintain cash float.
  • Liaise with bank pertaining to cash cheque, submit telegraphic transfer and collecting bank statement.
  • Distribute signed cheque and ensure payment voucher are acknowledge by recipient before filing.
  • Assist in year-end stock take when required.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required by the Management


Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years’ of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferred candidate with experience in commercial real estate construction.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting process and meticulous.
  • Willing to learn, enthusiastic and competent attitude.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Good command in English both verbal and written.
