Associação Maluk Timor is a non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to capacity building and health system strengthening in Timor-Leste, through the mentoring and professional development of Timorese health personnel.
The VAHSI Program's intended impact is to strengthen routine vaccine services and the PHC delivery system in Dili, Ermera and Oecusse municipalities of Timor-Leste.
This is a DFAT-funded program undertaken with multiple implementing partners and PHD.

Position Summary
This position is primarily responsible for day-to-day administrative implementation of the VAHSI program.
Key Functions
Key functions of this position include:
- Assist in coordinating VAHSI program activities at national and municipal levels.
- Manage VAHSI program administrative security related activities, monitor financial resources and accounting to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reports.
- Assisting in organizing meetings, events and seminars based on the VAHSI program needs in both national and municipal levels.
- Ensure establishment and maintenance of proper electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist Programs Director in the procurement of items needed for the VAHSI program.
- Ensure a complete procurement process is followed where a purchase request is made, quotations are obtained, and supplier selection is based on quality, price, availability, and delivery conditions.
- Operating copy equipment, printers and other equipment as necessary.
- Assist with translations, as required.
- Occasionally travelling offsite to deliver reports or files.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Essential:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the use of a range of software applications (e.g. MS Office Programs).
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working in the health sector.
- Experience in NGO sector
