Position Summary
This position is responsible for operational oversight of multiple Programs in Maluk Timor.
Key Functions
The Programs Director’s primary functions are
- Responsible for line management of 4-8 Programs. To ensure on-time and on-budget implementation and reporting.
- Responsible for staff development of Program Managers and Team Leaders.
- Responsible for external representation, on program operations matters, by delegation from the Executive Director
Essential:
- Qualification or relevant experience in health management, public health, project management, and similar fields.
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience
- Strong organization and management skills
- Strong people management skills
- Demonstrated competency in health programs management
- Competency in MS Office, Google Workspace applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)
- Experience in healthcare sector and NGO sector
- Fluency in Tetum, Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Results-orientation
