Program Performance Officer
The Partnership for Inclusive Prosperity / Parseria ba Prosperidade Inklusivu (PROSIVU) Program is seeking a Program Performance Officer is to support program quality and learning, including planning and managing data collection, conducting interviews, managing the evidence gathered, and collating and sharing information.
PROSIVU is an Australian Government program supported by DT Global. PROSIVU is the next phase of Australia’s governance support to Timor-Leste. The program will extend Australia’s longstanding partnership with Timor-Leste in support of good governance and economic policy development. It is Australia’s primary program for providing support to Timor-Leste’s central government agencies and economic line-ministries.
This is a Locally Engaged Staff position. The Program Performance Officer will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
- University or institute degree in social sciences, statistics, econometrics, management, or other related degree is preferred.
- Possess practical experience in data collection, data collation, investigation, analysis, verification, validation, and presentation, with a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement and lessons learned.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilising various tools and mechanisms to collect and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data related to key areas within Public Financial Management (PFM), Economic Development, and Public Administration.
- Possess a deep understanding of government systems and their operational dynamics, particularly focusing on agencies responsible for PFM reforms, economic development, and public administration.
