Program Performance Strategic Adviser

The Partnership for Inclusive Prosperity / Parseria ba Prosperidade Inklusivu (PROSIVU) Program is seeking a Program Performance Strategic Adviser to offer strategic assistance to the implementation of the MEL Plan and provide quality assurance to the MEL products and services.

PROSIVU is an Australian Government program supported by DT Global. PROSIVU is the next phase of Australia’s governance support to Timor-Leste. The program will extend Australia’s longstanding partnership with Timor-Leste in support of good governance and economic policy development. It is Australia’s primary program for providing support to Timor-Leste’s central government agencies and economic line-ministries.

This is Short-Term Adviser position open for both national and international. The Program Performance Strategic Adviser will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

Essential Experience and Knowledge

• Demonstrated experience in designing M&E Plans, systems, and tools, specifically for DFAT-funded programs in PNG, the Pacific, and Asian countries.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in developing countries, with nearly 20 years of experience in countries in the same region and similar contexts, providing a deep understanding of local contexts.

Desirable Experience and Knowledge

• Senior management experience in governance programs in developing countries, showcasing leadership and strategic planning capabilities,
• Previous experience working on DFAT-funded programs in the Asia-Pacific region
