Finance Manager

The Partnership for Inclusive Prosperity / Parseria ba Prosperidade Inklusivu (PROSIVU) Program is seeking an International Finance Manager is to be part of PROSIVU’s Operations team, reporting to the Operations Lead in the day-to-day financial operations to support the program.

 

PROSIVU is an Australian Government program supported by DT Global. PROSIVU is the next phase of Australia’s governance support to Timor-Leste. The program will extend Australia’s longstanding partnership with Timor-Leste in support of good governance and economic policy development. It is Australia’s primary program for providing support to Timor-Leste’s central government agencies and economic line-ministries.

This is an International Long-Term position. The Finance Officer will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

 

Essential:

• Tertiary qualifications in financial management, accounting or equivalent discipline related to the roles and functions of the position.
• At least ten years of experience with financial management of large, complex international development projects.

 

Desirable

• Knowledge of Australian and Timor-Leste taxation laws.
• Ability to communicate in Tetum
