For Logistic and Customs Officer

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

👉Make plans to receive goods imported at port, airport.

👉Control the transportation of goods from ports and airports to warehouses of Company.

👉Prepare customs clearance documents for international contracts.

👉Prepare and manage payment documents for customs and logistics costs for international contracts

👉Coordinate with relevant units to carry out checking quality of the goods (KCS).

👉Other related tasks

𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

👉Participate in international transactions, work in an English-speaking, culturally diverse environment, especially in the context of Timor-Leste gradually entering ASEAN.

👉Have the opportunity to work with international partners.

👉Opportunities to develop soft and professional skills

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Languages:

👉 English: Good (especially in reading and writing)

Office skills:

👉 Words, excel, power point

Education background:

👉 Major: Economic, accountant, logistics, or others

👉 At least be a Bachelor

Experience:

👉 Have experience in the same or relevant fields.

Characteristics:

👉 Able to work in the evening in case of delivery of goods.
