Job Description
Job Brief:
General Medicine Practitioner who provides primary care for a wide range of health issues, diagnosing common illnesses, prescribing medications, performing physical examinations, and referring patients to specialists, when necessary, all while managing a panel of patients within the hospital setting; essentially acting as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical attention across various conditions. Job Brief:
We are looking for a Biomedical Engineer who is passionate about healthcare and making a difference in the lives of others. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital equipment management and be able to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the medical equipment at the SK Medical Centre. She/he will also be able to work with a team of medical and other health care professionals to ensure that the hospital is providing the highest quality of care possible.
The Biomedical Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day management activities of all the medical equipment at the SK Medical Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Supports patient diagnosis and treatment by installing, testing, calibrating and repairing biomedical equipment, training users, maintaining safe operations.
- Approves new equipment by conducting test, ensuring adherence to codes and making modifications.

We are looking for Hospital Cleaning Service Supervisor to supervise the cleaning teams in performing cleaning duties and associated tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.
- Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
- Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
- Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.
- Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials.
- Assist the Manager to maintain the asset register.
- Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
- Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.

Job Description
We are looking for laundry who is responsible for collecting soiled linens from different departments, sorting them according to type and color, washing them using specialized equipment, drying, folding and delivering clean linens back to the designated areas, all while adhering to strict sanitation and infection control protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly collect dirty linens from patient rooms, operating rooms, and other hospital departments as per schedule.
- Sort linens based on type (bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, gowns) and color, and accurately count items to ensure proper inventory management.
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, flatwork ironers, and other laundry machinery according to established guidelines.
- Properly measure and dispense laundry detergents, bleaches, and other cleaning chemicals as required.
- Identify and treat stains on linens using appropriate methods.
- Inspect cleaned linens for cleanliness, damage, and proper folding before delivery.
- Deliver clean linens to designated areas within the hospital, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.

Job Description
We are looking for a well-trained, competent and motivated medical laboratory scientist with management skills and at least 3 years of laboratory practice experience to provide reliable and consistent laboratory services to improve patient care at SK Medical Center.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply standard operating procedures for the laboratory, followed by regular revision and updating of laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality systems and best practices.
- Perform a range of analytical, diagnostic, and technical investigations followed by authorizing laboratory test results to request doctors.
- Coordinate and ensure proper specimen collection, transportation and storage.
- Perform and monitor all internal quality control (QC) procedures, participate in external quality assurance program (EQAP) in the region and ensure that appropriate actions are taken for continuous improvement
- Plan for and manage the introduction of new technologies (or test methodologies) through appropriate evaluation of technology including analysis and documentation of correlation data, precision data, limits of testing and calibrations.
- Managing laboratory equipment, including co-ordinate equipment purchasing, installation and maintenance with suppliers/vendors.
- Managing laboratory supplies through preparing/updating essential laboratory reagents and consumable lists for procurement and ensuring that correct specifications and quantities are ordered.
- Facilitate the establishment of a collaboration network with other laboratories both in-country and overseas to refer specimens for tests that cannot be done locally, confirmation tests for diseases of public health importance, and for tests that are more economically advantageous if outsourced/referred.
- Review the value of tests performed, operating costs, turnaround times, impact and cost-effectiveness of technology introduced to recommend new and innovative practices within the laboratory to drive business improvement and efficiency practices
- Coordinate and implement a range of training programs for new staff including laboratory procedures and assay techniques to ensure consistent and accurate application of laboratory techniques.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in clinical and operational practice.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts nutrition assessments for patients using the Nutritional Care Process (NCP) to establish a nutrition diagnosis and determine degree of malnutrition
- Develop personalized meal plans and necessary diet restrictions or food and drug interactions.
- Provides quality nutrition counseling to patients and family members as indicated.
- Collaborates and communicates with culinary and clinical departments on established processes, nutrition care, special diets, and menu requests.
- Evaluates nutrition care plans for effectiveness and recommends changes as needed. Uses professional judgment to adapt and apply guidelines, protocols, and professional standards of care to the new and changing needs of the patient.
- Maintains accurate record keeping of daily clinical activities and completes patient encounters using approved systems.
