World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead impactful, community-driven development projects. If you are committed to transformational development, empowering communities, and strengthening sustainability, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Project Manager, you will:
Provide strategic leadership across project teams
Collaborate with communities and stakeholders to address root causes of vulnerability
Ensure timely, quality implementation aligned with donor and organizational standards
Strengthen partnerships with NGOs, government institutions, and local organizations
Oversee effective M&E systems and ensure accountability to communities
Build capacity within local partners and WVTL team members
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Knowledge of GEDSI, safeguarding, and community-led development approaches
Fluent in English and Tetum (written & spoken)
