  1. Flood Response Manager

This position will report to the Resilience Senior Program Manager

Salary range and benefits with possibility to negotiate depending on skills and experience on criteria.

Skills and Experience require for the Flood Response Manager
  • Extensive management experience in leading the design and delivery of disaster response programming.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of disaster response and humanitarian principles and Disaster Risk Reduction with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement relevant strategies.
  • Experience and skills in stakeholder liaison, including with government and working in partnership required.
  • Excellent time management, coordination skills and an ability to work across thematic areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality outputs with competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated financial management and reporting skills, including experience managing multi donor funded programs.

It is required that applicants must submit a valid Bom comportment from the ministry of Justice if the applicant is successful in the recruitment process.
