Operations Supervisor (Internal) - Timor Plaza

Timor Plaza is currently looking for an OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (INTERNAL) to join our team.
 

Responsibilities: 

• Provides day-to-day support to Sr. Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager
• Monitor compliance on timely execution of daily, weekly, and monthly and support theJanitorial, Security, and Waste Disposal units of the plaza. 
• Performs fit-out inspection and store inspection as assigned by the Operations Manager
• Inspect cleanliness of all facilities inside the mall. 
• Ensures all security threats within and outside Timor Plaza’s vicinity are reported by the Security Agency on day to day basis prior to the opening of the Mall. 
• Performs random checks on the security cameras and ensures that security guards are in their designated areas. 
• Reports all incidents immediately to the Operations Manager/Management. 
• Reports all security concerns and takes action when necessary.  

 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field (preferably in Operations). 
• Diploma or Degree in Management/Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent. 
• Experience in handling people and operations or any related task. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Good Command of English both verbal and written. Must be fluent in Tetum and Bahasa. 
• Team player and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 

Basic knowledge of electrical and carpentry are an advantage.
