Marie Stopes Timor-Leste (MSTL), a member of the Marie Stopes International (MSI) global partnership is non-profit, non-government organization (NGO) specializing in supporting and delivering high quality family planning and sexual and reproductive health services (SRH). We have been working in Timor-Leste since 2007 to support the Ministry of Health (MoH) implement national reproductive health strategies and achieve national maternal health goals. Our guiding principles are to support the MoH to deliver a broad range of high-quality family planning and SRH services ensure excellence in clinical quality; and support the delivery of services that are client-focused and promote choice.

 

MSTL seeks for a Timorese National for the position of Human Resources Coordinator based in Dili with frequently travel to District.

 

As a member of the HR team, the HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating joint activities with the HR Manager (HRM). The HR Coordinator will be required to independently carry out a range of duties within the HR team including the recruitment process, payroll management, partnership, training and development, manage employee data, support events and other HR related job. The HR Coordinator reports to the HR Manager and liaises with the Finance team, line managers and all team members to address the HR related issues. The HR Coordinator will also perform duties of HR Manager in the HRM’s absence

 

Key Requirements of the Position:

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in related area (3 years’ experience without bachelor’s degree)
  • Experience in managing others
  • Experience in Payroll management and reporting

 

Skills:

  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Ability to priorities and manage workload
  • Ability to use common computer programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to be flexible and support the needs of the team as required 
  • Ability to work to and meet multiple and tight deadlines
